About the position

As our new Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Service team in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is crucial to supporting our mission to make the financial markets accessible to everyone. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

  • Dealing with and resolving challenging support cases from end customers (B2C), points of sale and points of acceptance (B2B) via email and chats
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of our support organization
  • Collaborating with internal and external organizational units (e.g. Compliance, Account Management, Product Management etc.)
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

About you

We are looking for an ambitious and curious person who has experience in Customer Service and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team to help us shape the future of finance. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • Several years of support experience, preferable within the finance industry
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools (e.g. Jira, OTRS, Freshdesk, Zendesk etc.)
  • Good PC user skills
  • Dedicated, communicative and service- and solution-oriented personality, keen perception
  • Ability to work independently and reliably, resilience even during hectic periods
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
  • High affinity for digital topics
  • Very good oral and written English

Preferred Skills

  • Experience or interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
  • Experience in the finance industry
  • Additional language skills
