Transfer of Shares

Dear Blocktrade shareholder,

In order to transfer your Blocktrade shares or should you be entitled to receive Blocktrade shares from a current shareholder, please complete the following steps:

1. Please fill in the transferor (current owner of the shares) details with the exact same information as per the certificate
2. Please fill in the transferee (recipient to whom the shares will be sent) details and upload the following identification documents: copy of the ID certified by a notary or a lawyer, and a utility bill no older than 3 months
3. Please select the type of legal document evidencing the transfer of shares from the dropdown list
