To start trading on our platform, you must first register on https://trade.blocktrade.com/register with your e-mail and create a password. Afterward, you will need to confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the confirmation email that is sent to the email address you’ve registered with. Once you’ve confirmed your registration, you can proceed with identity verification on the platform.

There could be many reasons for an email not reaching you. We recommend whitelisting our domain.  Please follow the guidelines in the article under this link:

As Blocktrade is a regulated Exchange, we need to verify our customers before allowing them to use our platform. For successful onboarding, we will need a copy of either your passport, national ID or driver’s license, as well as proof of address (any utility bill in your name) no older than 3 months.

If you wish to register as a business on the Blocktrade platform, we will need the following documents for onboarding:

  • A recent extract from a commercial register in a relevant jurisdiction, including information about shareholders and management bodies of the company.
  • Proof of the Company’s operating address, if it is different from the registered address.
  • List of any shareholders with a holding of 25% of shares or more (Full name, date of birth, and country of residence), together with proof of identity and proof of address of all the shareholders. In the case of corporate shareholders, we will need an identity document of the natural persons owning more than 25% of the legal entity.
  • List of your company’s managing directors (Full name, date of birth, country of residence).
  • Proof of Identity and proof of address of all managing directors.
  • A brief description of your business. What are your main business activities?

In order to verify your IBAN, you will need to do at least one successful deposit of FIAT currency to your Blocktrade account. In order to do that, please follow the guidelines in the article under this link:

Once we have received your funds and allocated to your Blocktrade account, your IBAN will be verified and you can do a FIAT withdrawal.

A deposit reference number is unique for every customer who has an account on Blocktrade. The number is mandatory to include when transferring FIAT funds to your Blocktrade account. It starts with the letters “BT-“and can be found under Add funds=>EUR. Funds received without a reference number will be returned to the originating bank account.

We do accept funds from the joint bank accounts, however, we will need to verify the other account holder first. Please contact our support team at [email protected] for further information.

Blocktrade is registered as a virtual asset service provider with the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit under a license nr FTV000299. Our banking partner is situated in the United Kingdom, hence the difference in addresses. When depositing funds, please always mark BlocktradeOperations OÜ as a receiver.

When you created your 2FA code, you received a master password.

You can easily recover your account using that recovery phrase. This code is the recovery key that you can now use to restore Blocktrade.com account.
